What you will learn
Module 1: A shared language
The whole team gets the same foundations: how LLMs work, what they are good and bad at, and how the squad will use them.
Module 2: Role-specific AI patterns
Separate role tracks for PO, Scrum Master, Engineers, Designers, QA and Ops, then re-converge into how the squad works together.
Module 3: The team's AI ways of working
Co-create a working agreement for AI use in the squad: tools approved, sensitive data, review, attribution, learning loops.
Module 4: A shared workflow shipped together
The squad designs and ships one shared AI-augmented workflow that touches multiple roles in their real delivery.
