Cities and emirates we serve
The UAE is not one market. A federal ministry programme in Abu Dhabi, a fintech scale up in a Dubai free zone and a university department in Sharjah are buying capability for genuinely different reasons, and we scope programmes accordingly. - Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. The northern emirates, where ports, logistics, manufacturing and utilities dominate. Delivery discipline and flow matter more here than framework theory, so programmes lean towards project and delivery management.

ICAgile certifications and how to choose
ICAgile certifications are globally recognised and built around capability rather than rote memorisation. Two points usually matter most to UAE buyers. First, the credentials are lifetime certifications with no renewal fee, so there is no annual cost or expiry to track once a learner earns one. Second, the learning is grounded in mindset and practice, which suits organisations that want lasting behaviour change rather than a one off badge.

Delivery formats and the Gulf Standard Time zone
We offer two main formats, and you can mix them across a single programme.
Live online. Fully interactive virtual classes scheduled to Gulf Standard Time, which is GST and four hours ahead of UTC. Your people learn without travel, which works well for teams distributed across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and the northern emirates, or for organisations certifying a few people each quarter.
On-site. A trainer in the room at your premises anywhere in the UAE. On-site delivery suits whole team or department wide cohorts and tends to accelerate the cultural shift that agile adoption depends on. We also run in-house agile training as a private cohort for a single employer, which lets us work entirely with your own examples and keep the conversation confidential.
Both formats earn the same lifetime ICAgile certification. If you need longer term support rather than a single course, you can also hire an agile coach to work alongside your teams after the training. Learners in the UAE pay in UAE dirhams at checkout, and so do learners in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. ICP certification seats cost AED 2,399 to AED 4,799, and each ICAgile AI micro-credential costs AED 949. Each course page shows the same price next to its upcoming dates.
Each seat price covers the live course, all courseware and the ICAgile credential, with no renewal fee afterwards. Two-course combos cost 10% less than buying the two seats separately. For groups of 6 or more, we run a dedicated cohort for your company, with volume pricing.

To be completely clear, Agile Visa does not administer or claim any UAE government subsidy, grant or funding for these programmes, and we hold no local registration or accreditation. Our accreditation is global ICAgile Member Organisation status. Any figure we share is a commercial training fee.
Across the Gulf: Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman
Learners in Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman join the same live online cohorts and pay in UAE dirhams at checkout. Kuwait and Bahrain are on UTC+3 and Oman is on UTC+4, all year. Company cohorts run online, or at your premises on request.
Kuwaiti government tenders require foreign suppliers to register with the Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT) first, with documents attested by the Kuwaiti embassy and a fee of KWD 100. Private companies in Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman can book seats by card in AED, or ask for a quote for a company cohort.

Agile thinking training across the UAE
Across the UAE, agile thinking is bought at two levels. Federal ministries and authorities in Abu Dhabi need whole programmes to move in short cycles and adjust as policy changes, so the request is often for a leadership group first and delivery teams second. Emirate level bodies, free zone companies, universities and family business groups in Dubai, Sharjah and the northern emirates usually start with one department that has a backlog problem or a stalled transformation. The content is the same in both cases: short planning cycles, early usable output, real feedback and clear decisions under uncertainty. What changes is who sits in the room and what they practise on.
For on-site sessions we come to your premises in any emirate. A two day programme in Abu Dhabi, Dubai or Sharjah needs a room for up to 20 people, wall space for the exercises and a working day that fits your hours, including the shorter day during Ramadan if that is when you train. Sessions in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are planned the same way, with travel time built in. When your people sit in several emirates, a live online cohort scheduled to Gulf Standard Time saves everyone the drive and keeps the exercises hands on.
Choosing between the two formats comes down to three questions. Are your people in one building or spread across the country? Does the conversation need to stay inside your organisation? Are you certifying a whole department or a few individuals at a time? One building, a confidential brief and a whole department points to on-site. Spread across emirates and certifying a few people each quarter points to a live online private cohort or a public one. The certified route for agile thinking is Agile Fundamentals (ICP). Foundations of AI (ICP-FAI) is the AI foundation beside it, and coaches continue to Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC). All three are lifetime ICAgile certifications with no renewal fee.

Which ICAgile certification should a UAE team start with?
For most UAE teams new to agile thinking, Agile Fundamentals (ICP) is the natural starting point because it builds a shared, practical foundation in the mindset and ways of working. ICP-FAI is the AI foundation and sits alongside it. Scrum Masters and team leads often move on to ICP-ATF for facilitation skills, while those heading into a coaching role take ICP-ACC.
