How to buy from Agile Visa

This page is for the people who set up suppliers and pay invoices. It explains how to get a quote, how to pay by card, invoice or purchase order, and which documents we send to your team.

In short: Company buyers: send the form; we quote, accept purchase orders, complete your supplier onboarding forms (including W-8BEN-E on request), and share tax, insurance and data protection documents directly with your procurement team.

Buying in three steps

  1. Send the corporate form. Use our corporate quote form. Tell us the course or topic, how many people, the month you have in mind, and the legal entity we should bill.
  2. Get a written quote. We reply with a quote, usually within one business day. For a private cohort we first agree scope, audience, format and dates with you in a short needs discussion.
  3. Onboard us and pay. Send your purchase order and any supplier forms. We complete the forms, invoice your company and confirm the seats or cohort dates.

If you only need seats on a public course and a card is fine, you do not need to contact us at all. Every course page has a checkout. The rest of this page is for teams that buy through procurement.

Ways to pay

Card or local payment method at checkout

Each public course page takes cards and local payment methods, priced per seat. Checkout charges in your local currency where we support it: US dollars, Canadian dollars, pounds sterling, euros (in the 19 euro-area countries), UAE dirhams (for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait), Indian rupees, Singapore dollars, Australian dollars and Malaysian ringgit. Buyers in every other country pay in US dollars.

Invoice

Tell us through the form that you need an invoice. We raise it to your legal entity and send it to your accounts team, usually within one business day. One invoice can cover several seats, for example three people on the same course.

Purchase order

We accept purchase orders. Some large buyers return invoices that do not carry their PO number, so tell us the PO number and any other reference your accounts team needs on the invoice, and we include it.

Bank details

We send bank details with the invoice, directly to your accounts team. We never publish them on the website.

For about six or more people from one team, a cohort of your own is usually better value. It is quoted per engagement, not per seat.

Supplier onboarding

Large buyers ask new suppliers to complete onboarding forms before the first order. Send them to us and we complete them. Typical requests are supplier registration forms, bank and tax detail forms, Form W-8BEN-E for US payers, and supplier questionnaires on topics such as anti-bribery, sanctions and trade controls, data protection and responsible AI.

Supplier portals

If your company buys through SAP Business Network (Ariba), Coupa or JAGGAER, send us an invitation from your portal and we will join as your supplier. A standard supplier account on each network is free for suppliers.

Documents we send directly to your team

One to one, never public. We share these with your procurement, finance or privacy team on request. They are not published on this website.

About Form W-8BEN-E

US payers ask foreign suppliers for Form W-8BEN-E to document their tax status. The IRS instructions say the form is given to the person who asks for it, not sent to the IRS. It stays valid until the last day of the third calendar year after it is signed, unless circumstances change. We complete and sign it on request.

About data processing agreements

EU buyers often ask for one because GDPR Article 28 requires processing carried out by a processor to be governed by a written contract. Ask, and we send our documents to your privacy team.

Certificates and records

Certification courses lead to a lifetime ICAgile credential with no renewal fee. Our other programmes award an Agile Visa Certificate of Completion. Both give your L&D team a record of who completed which training.

Malaysian employers: HRD Corp

Programmes delivered by Agile Visa Sdn Bhd are HRD Corp claimable under SBL-Khas for eligible employers, subject to HRD Corp approval and the Allowable Cost Matrix. The employer must apply before training begins. See HRD Corp and SBL-Khas funding explained and the SBL-Khas claim steps.

Frequently asked questions

Can our company pay by invoice instead of by card?

Yes. Send the corporate form and say you need an invoice. We raise it to your legal entity and send it to your accounts team, usually within one business day.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Send your purchase order with your booking. If your accounts team needs the PO number or another reference printed on the invoice, tell us and we include it.

Will you complete our supplier onboarding forms and questionnaires?

Yes. Send the forms, the questionnaire or the invitation from your supplier portal, and we complete them. For US payers we also complete and sign Form W-8BEN-E on request.

Why are your tax, bank and insurance details not on this page?

We share them one to one with your procurement, finance or privacy team, never on a public page. Ask through the corporate form and we send the documents your supplier checklist needs.

Which currency will we pay in?

Card checkout on each course page charges in your local currency where we support it: US dollars, Canadian dollars, pounds sterling, euros, UAE dirhams, Indian rupees, Singapore dollars, Australian dollars and Malaysian ringgit. Everywhere else pays in US dollars. For a private cohort, the currency is set in the quote.

Is there a better price for several people?

Two ways. Our eight combo bundles cost 10% less than buying the two courses separately. For about six or more people from one team, a private cohort is usually better value and more relevant, and it is quoted per engagement rather than per seat.

Can Malaysian employers claim HRD Corp funding?
