Welcome to Agile Visa, a subsidiary of Ekdant Holdings. By accessing our website and utilizing our training or consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
The Agile Visa Legal Framework (Singapore HQ)
1. General Terms & Corporate Identity
These terms govern the use of the Agile Visa platform and the purchase of any training, coaching, or certification programs. Agile Visa is a brand operated by Ekdant Holdings, headquartered in the Republic of Singapore. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by the laws of Singapore.
2. Payment & Enrollment
All course investments are billed in the agreed currency at the time of checkout. Seat reservations for live cohorts, including enterprise and private training, are only confirmed once full payment is received.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that professional schedules change. Our refund policy for live cohort enrollments is strictly structured as follows:
8 to 15 Days Notice: 50% refund, or a one-time transfer to a future cohort (subject to an administrative fee).
0 to 7 Days Notice: No refunds will be issued.
No-Shows: Failure to attend the live sessions without prior written notice forfeits the entire course fee.
Note on Digital Goods: Any immediate access to digital diagnostic tools (such as the Career Compass™) or downloadable curriculum assets is non-refundable upon delivery.
4. Enterprise & Private Training Cancellations
For B2B corporate academy engagements, cancellation terms will be governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) signed between your organization and Agile Visa.
5. Intellectual Property
All curriculum architecture, frameworks, presentation materials, and recorded sessions remain the exclusive intellectual property of Agile Visa. They are provided for your personal, professional development. Reproducing, reselling, or distributing these materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our programs are designed to upskill leaders to global capability standards, Agile Visa does not guarantee specific career placements or financial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, the total liability of Ekdant Holdings shall not exceed the total fees paid by the learner for the specific course in question.
We respect your privacy. This section explains what our website collects and why, in plain language.
First-party analytics. We run our own analytics on our own infrastructure. No analytics data is sent to or sold to data brokers or advertising networks. For each visit we may record: the pages you view and how long you stay, how far you scroll, the buttons and links you click, your device type, operating system, browser and screen size, your language and timezone, your local time, and how you arrived at our site (for example a search engine or a campaign link).
Approximate location, never your IP address. Our hosting provider derives a coarse location (country, region and city) from your connection when a page loads. We store only that approximate location. We never store your IP address.
Return visit recognition. We store a random identifier in your browser's local storage so we can tell that a browser has visited before. It contains no personal information, is never shared, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.
Your consent choices. When you first visit, we ask your consent. Choosing "Necessary only" turns off all non-essential analytics, including our first-party analytics. Choosing "Accept all" additionally enables Google Analytics and advertising measurement (such as Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn) so we can understand campaign performance. These advertising tools never load until you accept. You can change your choice at any time.
Do Not Track. If your browser sends the Do Not Track signal, no analytics runs at all, regardless of the consent banner.
What we cannot see. Our website cannot read your browsing history, your accounts on other sites, your files, or anything you have not chosen to share with us. The only personal information we hold is what you voluntarily submit through our enquiry and enrolment forms, and we use it solely to respond to you and deliver our services.
Third-party services. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site and Stripe to process payments. With your consent we also use Google Analytics and advertising measurement (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Review or change your cookie & privacy choices
Your rights. We aim to comply with the Singapore and Malaysia Personal Data Protection Acts and, where applicable, the GDPR. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@agilevisa.com.
