Welcome to Agile Visa, a subsidiary of Ekdant Holdings. By accessing our website and utilizing our training or consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
The Agile Visa Legal Framework (Singapore HQ)
1. General Terms & Corporate Identity
These terms govern the use of the Agile Visa platform and the purchase of any training, coaching, or certification programs. Agile Visa is a brand operated by Ekdant Holdings, headquartered in the Republic of Singapore. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by the laws of Singapore.
2. Payment & Enrollment
All course investments are billed in the agreed currency at the time of checkout. Seat reservations for live cohorts, including enterprise and private training, are only confirmed once full payment is received.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that professional schedules change. Our refund policy for live cohort enrollments is strictly structured as follows (days are counted before the first class day):
16 or More Days Notice: 90% refund. The 10% administrative fee is non-refundable.
8 to 15 Days Notice: 50% refund, or a one-time transfer to a future cohort. A transfer carries a 10% administrative fee, which is non-refundable.
0 to 7 Days Notice: No refunds will be issued.
No-Shows: Failure to attend the live sessions without prior written notice forfeits the entire course fee.
Note on Digital Goods: Any immediate access to digital diagnostic tools (such as the Career Compass™) or downloadable curriculum assets is non-refundable upon delivery.
4. Enterprise & Private Training Cancellations
For B2B corporate academy engagements, cancellation terms will be governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) signed between your organization and Agile Visa.
5. Intellectual Property
All curriculum architecture, frameworks, presentation materials, and recorded sessions remain the exclusive intellectual property of Agile Visa. They are provided for your personal, professional development. Reproducing, reselling, or distributing these materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our programs are designed to upskill leaders to global capability standards, Agile Visa does not guarantee specific career placements or financial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, the total liability of Ekdant Holdings shall not exceed the total fees paid by the learner for the specific course in question.
We respect your privacy. This section explains what our website collects and why, in plain language.
First-party analytics. We run our own analytics on our own infrastructure. No analytics data is sent to or sold to data brokers or advertising networks. For each visit we may record: the pages you view and how long you stay, how far you scroll, the buttons and links you click, your device type, operating system, browser and screen size, your language and timezone, your local time, and how you arrived at our site (for example a search engine or a campaign link).
How you found us, when you enquire. When you send us an enquiry, we attach how you first arrived at our site (for example a search engine, an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, or a campaign link) and the first page you viewed. Your browser keeps this note in its local storage for up to 180 days. If you message us on WhatsApp from our site, the message includes a short reference code (for example "Ref AV-7KQ2M"). You can see it and delete it before sending. It only links your message to your visit. We store enquiries securely for up to 12 months, to follow up with you and to understand which channels help people find us. Choosing "Necessary only" turns this arrival tracking off.
Approximate location, never your IP address. Our hosting provider derives a coarse location (country, region and city) from your connection when a page loads. We store only that approximate location. We never store your IP address.
How long we keep visit records. After each day ends, our system copies that day's visit records into one daily file, which our private dashboard reads. The daily file leaves out the full technical description of your browser, page titles, the full address of the page that sent you (only that site's name is kept), your language, your screen size and your local time. Once a day is more than 30 days old and has been copied completely, we delete its full visit records. We keep the daily file for up to 13 months (400 days), then delete it.
Return visit recognition. We store a random identifier in your browser's local storage so we can tell that a browser has visited before. It contains no personal information, is never shared, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.
Your consent choices. When you first visit, we ask your consent. Choosing "Necessary only" turns off all non-essential analytics, including our first-party analytics. Choosing "Accept all" additionally enables Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replay) and advertising measurement (such as Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn), so we can understand how visitors use our site and how our campaigns perform. None of these tools load until you accept. You can change your choice at any time.
Do Not Track. If your browser sends the Do Not Track signal, no analytics runs at all, regardless of the consent banner.
What we cannot see. Our website cannot read your browsing history, your accounts on other sites, your files, or anything you have not chosen to share with us. The only personal information we hold is what you voluntarily submit through our enquiry and enrolment forms, and we use it solely to respond to you and deliver our services.
Third-party services. We use Stripe to process payments. Only after you choose "Accept all" do we also use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replay, to see how visitors use our site) and advertising measurement (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Review or change your cookie & privacy choices
Your rights. We aim to comply with the Singapore and Malaysia Personal Data Protection Acts and, where applicable, the GDPR. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@agilevisa.com.
When you book a course, Stripe processes your payment. We never see your full card number. Before the payment page we ask for your name and email, and your WhatsApp number if you choose to give it. We use them to handle your booking and to send the joining details.
If your payment does not go through, or the payment page closes before you finish, we may contact you once about that booking, by email, or on WhatsApp if you gave us your number. We do not add you to any mailing list. You can tell us not to contact you, on the form or at any time.
Stripe tells us when a payment fails and the general reason, for example that the bank declined it. We delete the details of a booking that was not completed after 90 days. We keep a record of each checkout without your name or contact details (course, dates, seats, price, country and how you found our site) for up to 13 months, to improve our booking process. Paid bookings are kept as business records for as long as the law requires.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract and, for a reminder about a booking you did not finish, on your consent (EU) or on our legitimate interest with your right to refuse (UK). In India you may withdraw your consent, raise a grievance with us and complain to the Data Protection Board. Checkout details are never sold or used for advertising.
