Welcome to Agile Visa, a subsidiary of Ekdant Holdings. By accessing our website and utilizing our training or consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

The Agile Visa Legal Framework (Singapore HQ)

1. General Terms & Corporate Identity

These terms govern the use of the Agile Visa platform and the purchase of any training, coaching, or certification programs. Agile Visa is a brand operated by Ekdant Holdings, headquartered in the Republic of Singapore. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by the laws of Singapore.

2. Payment & Enrollment

All course investments are billed in the agreed currency at the time of checkout. Seat reservations for live cohorts, including enterprise and private training, are only confirmed once full payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that professional schedules change. Our refund policy for live cohort enrollments is strictly structured as follows:

8 to 15 Days Notice: 50% refund, or a one-time transfer to a future cohort (subject to an administrative fee).

0 to 7 Days Notice: No refunds will be issued.

No-Shows: Failure to attend the live sessions without prior written notice forfeits the entire course fee.

Note on Digital Goods: Any immediate access to digital diagnostic tools (such as the Career Compass™) or downloadable curriculum assets is non-refundable upon delivery.

4. Enterprise & Private Training Cancellations

For B2B corporate academy engagements, cancellation terms will be governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) signed between your organization and Agile Visa.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum architecture, frameworks, presentation materials, and recorded sessions remain the exclusive intellectual property of Agile Visa. They are provided for your personal, professional development. Reproducing, reselling, or distributing these materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our programs are designed to upskill leaders to global capability standards, Agile Visa does not guarantee specific career placements or financial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, the total liability of Ekdant Holdings shall not exceed the total fees paid by the learner for the specific course in question.
