What we teach
| Programme | Length | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Procurement and Vendor Management | 1 day | Buying well and managing what you have bought: specifying needs, comparing offers on total cost, negotiating, contract essentials, supplier performance, and ethics and conflicts of interest. |
| Negotiation Skills for Commercial Teams | 1 day | Negotiating deals that hold: preparation, trading and the discipline to walk away, with live negotiation practice throughout. |
| Negotiation and Influence Skills | 1 day | Negotiating for durable agreements rather than short-term wins. Simulation-heavy, with negotiations run and debriefed throughout. |
| Supply Chain Management Fundamentals | 2 days | How a supply chain works end to end and where it fails, built on real manufacturing and distribution situations. |
| Demand Planning and Sales and Operations Planning | 1 day | Getting sales, operations and finance to agree one plan: the forecasting, and the meeting discipline that makes S&OP work. |
| Warehouse and Inventory Operations | 1 day | Running a warehouse that is accurate and fast: layout, counting and the disciplines that keep stock records true. |
| Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption and Business Ethics | 1 day | The conduct standards organisations are held to, and how to build an anti-bribery programme that is more than a policy. |
What each programme covers
Procurement and Vendor Management
Specifying what you need, so you get the right thing rather than the cheapest; sourcing and evaluating offers on total cost rather than price; negotiating with preparation, leverage and a known alternative; the contract terms that matter operationally, in language a non-lawyer can use; managing supplier performance before slippage becomes a dispute; and the conduct standard, with the situations that quietly compromise it.
Negotiation Skills for Commercial Teams
Preparing interests, alternatives and limits before the room; creating value before dividing it; anchoring and conceding in a pattern that holds; recognising pressure tactics without escalating; knowing your walk-away; and live negotiation rounds with feedback.
Negotiation and Influence Skills
Interests, positions and walk-away points; value creation before value claiming; reading the other side and handling hard tactics; influence applied ethically; internal negotiation over resources, priorities and scope; and several recorded simulations with debrief.
Supply Chain Management Fundamentals
Plan, source, make, deliver and return as one system; forecasting that expects to be wrong; safety stock, reorder points and the service level you pay for; supplier selection, performance and dependency risk; logistics and distribution; and where a chain breaks and what redundancy is worth buying.
Demand Planning and S&OP
Forecasting methods and accuracy measurement; planning for forecast error; the monthly S&OP rhythm and what each step must produce; reconciling sales optimism with capacity; and keeping S&OP from turning into a reporting meeting.
Warehouse and Inventory Operations
Layout, slotting and flow; receiving and put-away, where most inventory error starts; picking accuracy against speed; cycle counting against the annual stocktake; and the safety and housekeeping practices that prevent real incidents.
Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption and Business Ethics
Why liability sits on the organisation and the expectation of adequate procedures; what counts, from facilitation payments to gifts and hospitality; where exposure really is, including agents, intermediaries and procurement; controls people can follow; speaking up; and realistic case discussion.

What these programmes are not
They are not CIPS qualifications and do not lead to CIPS membership. If your people need a professional procurement qualification, choose a CIPS-approved study centre. Our programmes are practical, one or two day skills training for a team, built on the work your people already do, and each awards an Agile Visa Certificate of Completion.
AI for procurement: on enquiry only
We are shaping a programme on using AI in procurement work. It is not on our public schedule and cannot be booked yet. If your team needs it, tell us your goals and we will say honestly whether and when we can run it for you.
Topics we expect it to cover: where AI helps in sourcing, supplier research and contract review; what must stay with a person; which data should never go into an AI tool; and how to buy AI and agile delivery services well.
For safe, practical AI use today, any team can take AI Governance, Ethics and Responsible Use or Generative AI Mastery as a private cohort.
How the programmes run
Each programme is live and instructor-led, delivered by our founder, and quoted per engagement for your team. In Malaysia they run on site anywhere in the country or live online. Teams outside Malaysia can request them as private cohorts, live online. Delivered in English. Trainers for Arabic, Spanish, Bahasa Malaysia, German or French can be arranged for company cohorts on request.
Programmes delivered by Agile Visa Sdn Bhd are HRD Corp claimable under SBL-Khas for eligible employers, subject to HRD Corp approval and the Allowable Cost Matrix. The employer must apply before training begins. See HRD Corp and SBL-Khas funding explained.
