Prashant Shinde founded Agile Visa in 2017. Agile Visa Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in Singapore in 2021 and is a subsidiary of Ekdant Holdings. Our office is at Paya Lebar Square, Singapore, and Agile Visa Sdn Bhd serves clients in Malaysia.
We work on two sides. In education, we train teams in AI, Agile and ICAgile certification, product management, project and delivery management, procurement, and leadership and soft skills. In consulting, we help organisations adopt AI and run agile transformations. Our methods come from front-line delivery work inside large, regulated organisations, not from theory.
We work with banks, government bodies, global capability centres, technology and engineering firms, and individual professionals. Past consulting engagements include Siemens, Deutsche Bank and DBS.

Prashant has 20+ years of training delivery and enterprise coaching. He designs and leads every Agile Visa flagship programme, blending Agile transformation expertise with practical AI capability building. He has led Agile transformations at Siemens, Deutsche Bank and DBS.
He works with enterprises as a learning and development advisor: he finds the real capability gaps first, then designs the programme around them, so the training changes how teams work.
