ICAgile and AI Training in Jordan
Jordan's government approved a national digital transformation strategy for 2026 to 2028 with 57 projects, from digital identity to data governance, and it expects departments and suppliers to deliver them. In Amman, that work sits next to banks, technology exporters, drug makers and regional aid offices that already run teams across several countries. For most of these organisations the hard part is not the tools but getting many small teams to plan, decide and deliver in the same way.

Why teams in Jordan come to us
Government services going digital
The 2026 to 2028 digital transformation strategy sets out 57 projects, covering services such as digital identity and e signature, data governance, digital health and education. Ministries and the private firms that build for them need people who can run short delivery cycles, work with real users and report progress honestly. Facilitation and agile delivery skills help those projects move from plan to working service.
A technology sector asked to grow fast
Under the Economic Modernisation Vision, Jordan aims to raise full time jobs in its technology sector to 101,000 by 2033. Many of these firms sell software and services to clients in the Gulf and beyond, so product thinking and dependable delivery matter as much as coding. Product ownership and AI foundations give fast growing teams a shared way of working.
Pharmaceuticals and regional offices run from Amman
Jordan's drug makers exported JD 642 million of medicines in 2025 to 85 markets, and Amman also hosts regional offices such as UNICEF's Middle East and North Africa office. Both run work across borders with teams in different countries. Leadership and portfolio skills help them set priorities and keep many teams aligned without adding more meetings.

Regional teams run from Amman
Many organisations in Amman manage colleagues in the Gulf and across the wider region, and those colleagues can join the same live online cohorts. Learners in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE and Kuwait pay in UAE dirhams at checkout, and Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait share Amman's UTC+3 clock.
How a first engagement usually runs in Jordan
In Jordan a sensible start is a short leadership session for the people sponsoring a digital or AI programme, followed by one lead cohort drawn from the team doing the first delivery project. Because many Amman organisations also manage staff in other countries, that lead cohort can then run sessions for the regional teams in their own working hours.
Common starting points here: Foundations of AI (ICP-FAI), Agile Project and Delivery Management (ICP-APM), Leading with Agility (ICP-LEA).
