ICP-LPM is ICAgile's certification in it, covering LPM principles, understanding strategy, shorter funding cycles, governing the portfolio, managing risks, LPM metrics and measurement, and portfolio kanban. You earn it through a live ICAgile-accredited course, and it is valid for life.

Public ICP-LPM cohorts run live online with a trainer, in part-day sessions. For company teams we also run private cohorts, on-site at your premises or live online. Delivered in English. Trainers for Arabic, Spanish, Bahasa Malaysia, German or French can be arranged for company cohorts on request.

ICP-LPM is 14 hours of live, trainer-led training. Upcoming cohorts run as 2 sessions x 6 hrs each or 3 sessions x 4.5 hrs each.

Yes. With 16 or more days notice before the first class day, you get a 90% refund; the 10% administrative fee is non-refundable. With 8 to 15 days notice, you get a 50% refund, or you can move once to a later cohort for a 10% administrative fee, which is non-refundable. With 7 days notice or less, there is no refund. Yes, as self-reported hours. PMI credential holders can report the live hours of ICP-LPM as Education PDUs under Courses or Training, one PDU per hour, and keep the ICAgile certificate as evidence (PMI Continuing Certification Requirements Handbook, April 2026). Agile Visa is not a PMI Authorized Training Partner, so these hours are self-reported rather than pre-approved.

There are no strict prerequisites, but a strong foundational understanding of agile principles and experience in management, finance, or enterprise transformation is highly recommended.

No. There is no exam. You earn the ICP-LPM certification by completing the full live, ICAgile-accredited course and demonstrating ICAgile's learning outcomes in the sessions. Your trainer assesses this through the class exercises and a final practical assessment, and the certification is then issued to you. It is valid for life.

No. Your ICAgile Certified Professional in Lean Portfolio Management credential is valid for life and never requires annual renewal fees or continuing education units to maintain.
