Delivered in English. Trainers for Arabic, Spanish, Bahasa Malaysia, German or French can be arranged for company cohorts on request.
ICAgile certification cost in Europe
The table shows each seat price in euros and in US dollars. Learners in Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain pay in EUR. Learners in the rest of Europe pay in USD, including Switzerland, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Croatia and Bulgaria. UK learners pay in GBP, shown on our UK page.
Each seat price covers the live course, all courseware and the ICAgile credential, with no renewal fee afterwards. Two-course combos cost 10% less than buying the two seats separately. For groups of 6 or more, we run a dedicated cohort for your company, with volume pricing.
Company buyers: send the form; we quote, accept purchase orders, complete your supplier onboarding forms (including W-8BEN-E on request), and share tax, insurance and data protection documents directly with your procurement team. See invoices, POs and supplier setup.

When classes run
Public cohorts are listed in US Eastern and UK time on each course page. Most start at 8 AM US Eastern, which the course pages show as 1 PM UK time. Central European Time is one hour ahead of UK time all year, and Eastern European Time is two hours ahead, because the EU and the UK change their clocks on the same dates.
Company cohorts run on dates and times agreed with you.
The EU AI Act and AI literacy at work
Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025. Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 changed its wording with effect from 27 July 2026. Providers and deployers of AI systems must now take measures to support the development of AI literacy of their staff, and the article does not require any specific level of AI literacy.
The European Commission's AI literacy questions and answers say that a certificate is not required and that internal records of training are enough.
ICP-FAI, Foundations of AI, is a live ICAgile course of 12 hours (€799) that can support your Article 4 measures. It does not make an organisation compliant on its own. For company-wide AI literacy we also run private programmes such as AI for Everyone and AI Governance, Ethics and Responsible Use. Our AI literacy training page covers Article 4 in more detail.
Banks and insurers: DORA
The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) has applied to EU financial entities since 17 January 2025. Article 13(6) makes ICT security awareness and digital operational resilience training compulsory for all staff and senior management, and Article 5(4) asks members of the management body to keep their ICT risk knowledge up to date with regular training.
Our courses cover agile delivery, product and AI skills, not ICT security, so they sit alongside DORA training rather than replacing it. For delivery and portfolio teams in banks and insurers we suggest ICP-APM (€799) with ICP-LPM (€1,149), or the combo of both (€1,753). Country notes
Germany
Learners in Germany pay in euros. Funding from the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) needs an approved provider and a course of more than 120 hours, so short certification courses like ours do not qualify, and employers pay the fee directly. See agile training in Germany.
Netherlands
Learners in the Netherlands pay in euros. The individual STAP training budget ended on 1 January 2024, and we do not claim SLIM or other Dutch subsidies for our courses. For agile coaches, the usual route is ICP-ACC (€569), then ICP-ENT (€599).
Belgium
Learners in Belgium pay in euros. Belgian law gives each full-time employee a right to 5 training days a year from 2024 in companies with 20 or more workers, and at least 1 day a year in companies with 10 to 19 workers. Companies with 20 or more workers must also draw up a training plan by 31 March each year. Sector agreements can set different rules, and formal and informal training both count. Ireland
Learners in Ireland pay in euros, and Ireland keeps the same clock as the UK. See agile training in Ireland.
Switzerland
Learners in Switzerland pay in US dollars at checkout; we do not offer Swiss franc prices. Switzerland uses Central European Time.
Romania
Learners in Romania pay in US dollars at checkout; we do not offer prices in lei. Romania uses Eastern European Time.
Poland and Hungary
Learners in Poland and Hungary pay in US dollars at checkout. Both countries use Central European Time.
Austria, Italy, Spain and Greece
Learners in these countries pay in euros. Austria, Italy and mainland Spain use Central European Time, and Greece uses Eastern European Time.
Public seats or a company cohort?
- One or two people: book public seats. Each learner can pay by card, or your company can pay by invoice.
- Groups of 6 or more: a dedicated cohort for your company, with volume pricing, online or at your office on request.
- Teams spread across several countries: one private cohort online, so everyone learns together whichever country they work in.

How much does ICAgile certification cost in Europe?
In euros, ICP certification seats cost €529 to €1,149. For example, ICP-ACC is €569, ICP-APM is €799 and ICP-LPM is €1,149. Each ICAgile AI micro-credential costs €225. Learners outside the euro area, other than in the UK, pay the US dollar price: ICP-ACC is US$649.
Which countries pay in euros?
