How much does the ICP-SYS certification cost? +

Is ICP-SYS live online or in person? +
Public ICP-SYS cohorts run live online with a trainer, in part-day sessions. For company teams we also run private cohorts, on-site at your premises or live online. Delivered in English. Trainers for Arabic, Spanish, Bahasa Malaysia, German or French can be arranged for company cohorts on request.
How long is the ICP-SYS course? +
ICP-SYS is 14 hours of live, trainer-led training. Upcoming cohorts run as 2 sessions x 6 hrs each or 3 sessions x 4 hrs each.
Is there a discount on ICP-SYS? +
Yes, when you book it with a second course. ICP-SYS is part of 1 combo: ICP-ACC + ICP-SYS. Each combo costs 10% less than the two course fees added together. For 6 or more people from one company, we run a dedicated cohort with company pricing: ask us for a quote.
Can my company pay by invoice or purchase order? +
Yes. Company buyers: send the form; we quote, accept purchase orders, complete your supplier onboarding forms (including W-8BEN-E on request), and share tax, insurance and data protection documents directly with your procurement team. Read more: Company invoice or purchase order.
Can I cancel or move my seat? +
Yes. With 16 or more days notice before the first class day, you get a 90% refund; the 10% administrative fee is non-refundable. With 8 to 15 days notice, you get a 50% refund, or you can move once to a later cohort for a 10% administrative fee, which is non-refundable. With 7 days notice or less, there is no refund. What is included with an ICP-SYS seat? +
Every seat includes the full live, ICAgile-accredited ICP-SYS course, all course materials and your ICAgile ICP-SYS certification, which is valid for life with no renewal fee. The extras that come with every cohort, such as alumni network access, are listed under What's included on this page.
What are the prerequisites for taking the ICP-SYS? +
While there are no strict hard prerequisites, it is highly recommended that participants have strong foundational coaching experience, such as holding the ICP-ACC or ICP-ENT, before taking this advanced track.
Is there an exam for the ICAgile ICP-SYS certification? +
No. There is no exam. You earn the ICP-SYS certification by completing the full live, ICAgile-accredited course and demonstrating ICAgile's learning outcomes in the sessions. Your trainer assesses this through the class exercises and a final practical assessment, and the certification is then issued to you. It is valid for life.
Does the ICP-SYS certification expire or require renewal fees? +
No. Your ICAgile Systems Coaching credential is valid for life and never requires annual maintenance fees.
How does the ICP-SYS differ from the ICP-ENT (Enterprise Coaching)? +
ICP-ENT focuses heavily on organizational design, HR structures, and leadership engagement. The ICP-SYS focuses specifically on the psychology, interconnectedness, and coaching interventions required when treating the entire system as your 'client'.
How does Systems Coaching differ from Team Coaching (ICP-ACC)? +
Team coaching focuses on the dynamics and delivery of a single agile team. Systems coaching addresses the complex, often unseen interactions between multiple teams, leadership layers, culture, and organizational structures.
What is Complex Adaptive Systems theory in Agile? +
It is the understanding that a company is not a machine, but a living ecosystem. Changing one part of the organization will unpredictably affect others, requiring coaches to use systems thinking to guide safe transformations.
How does an Agile Systems Coach identify organizational bottlenecks? +
