Are ICP-ACC and ICP-SYS live online or in person?
Both courses run live online with a trainer, in part-day sessions. For company teams we also run private cohorts, on-site at your premises or live online. Delivered in English. Trainers for Arabic, Spanish, Bahasa Malaysia, German or French can be arranged for company cohorts on request.
How long is the ICP-ACC + ICP-SYS combo?
32 hours of live, trainer-led training in total: ICP-ACC is 18 hours and ICP-SYS is 14 hours.
Is there a discount on this combo?
Yes. The combo price is 10% below the two course fees added together. For 6 or more people from one company, we run a dedicated cohort with company pricing: ask us for a quote.
Can my company pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Company buyers: send the form; we quote, accept purchase orders, complete your supplier onboarding forms (including W-8BEN-E on request), and share tax, insurance and data protection documents directly with your procurement team. Read more: Company invoice or purchase order.
Can I cancel or move my seat?
Yes. With 16 or more days notice before the first class day, you get a 90% refund; the 10% administrative fee is non-refundable. With 8 to 15 days notice, you get a 50% refund, or you can move once to a later cohort for a 10% administrative fee, which is non-refundable. With 7 days notice or less, there is no refund. What is included in the combo price?
Both full live, ICAgile-accredited courses, all course materials and both ICAgile certifications, ICP-ACC and ICP-SYS, each valid for life with no renewal fee.
Do I earn both certifications?
Yes. You complete each course and earn both ICAgile credentials, ICP-ACC and ICP-SYS. Both are lifetime certifications and never expire.
Do I have to take the two courses back to back?
No. You can attend each course in whichever upcoming cohort suits you, and our team confirms the dates with you after checkout.
Is there an exam?
No. Like all ICAgile professional certifications, ICP-ACC and ICP-SYS are earned through assessed participation in the live sessions: exercises, discussion and practice evaluated by the accredited trainer. There is no separate exam to sit.
What are the prerequisites?
There are no formal entry requirements for either course. ICAgile recommends relevant hands-on experience for professional-level certifications, and the trainer meets each cohort where it is.
