Saudi Arabia runs on Arabia Standard Time, which is GST plus 3. We schedule live online cohorts so that session hours sit comfortably inside the Saudi working day, which means no awkward late nights for participants in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam or Khobar. Because the wider Gulf shares a similar working rhythm, joining a regional cohort is straightforward.
