Agile and AI training for government and the public sector

What public-sector teams ask us for

Between March and September 2026, five public-sector organisations on four continents asked us about training. They asked for product management fundamentals for a new product team, agile project and delivery management, team facilitation, and coaching for a transformation. At least two have booked with us.

Courses mapped to public-sector roles

How agencies buy training, country by country

Most agencies buy through a formal route. Here is what each route asks of a supplier, from the official sources. This page does not claim a panel or framework place: ask us which routes we can use for your agency and we confirm before you plan around us.

United Kingdom

The Procurement Act 2023 came into force on 24 February 2025. Suppliers register their organisation and supplier information on the Central Digital Platform, an enhanced Find a Tender service, and Find a Tender is free to use. Core details, such as company registration, connected persons and exclusion grounds, are entered once and shared with each bid by a share code. Procurements started under the old rules continue under them, and Contracts Finder still lists older-regime contracts above £12,000 including VAT for central government and £30,000 for other bodies. For learning and training, the Government Commercial Agency (the Crown Commercial Service was renamed on 1 April 2026) runs the RM6219 Learning and Training Services dynamic purchasing system; its Lot 1 runs to 27 October 2028. The standard selection questionnaire (PPN 03/24) asks suppliers about insurance cover, asks for a modern slavery statement where UK turnover is £36 million or more, and asks for a Carbon Reduction Plan on central government contracts worth £5 million or more a year. Canada

Suppliers register on CanadaBuys for free, through SAP Business Network, and need a Canada Revenue Agency business number to finalise a contract; foreign firms get a non-resident business number. Since 14 July 2025 the Interim Policy on Reciprocal Procurement limits foreign suppliers on purchases of $10,000 or more unless a trade agreement applies to that purchase. Public Services and Procurement Canada's ProServices supply arrangement includes a stream for learning services and is refreshed quarterly. See also agile training in Canada.

Australia

Digital Marketplace Panel 2 on BuyICT includes training, learning and development services. It runs from 28 October 2024 to 28 October 2029, and new sellers join at refresh points. Several agencies also run their own learning and development panels on AusTender, for example the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (to 26 August 2029), the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (to 31 October 2027) and CSIRO (to 31 May 2028). New Zealand

Agencies advertise on GETS, the Government Electronic Tenders Service, which is free for suppliers; registration is needed to download documents and respond. The all-of-government Consultancy Services panel covers learning and development and leadership coaching, but its latest refresh closed on 30 June 2021, so it has no open entry now. United States

Federal suppliers register their entity on SAM.gov, which is free. Non-US entities need an NCAGE code first, and the registration is renewed every 365 days. On the GSA Multiple Award Schedule, special item number 611430 covers professional and management development training. See also agile training in the United States.

Singapore

Agencies buy through GeBIZ. Suppliers register as GeBIZ trading partners, and a submitted bid is a binding offer. The first authorised representative account is free and each extra one costs S$280 a year, and overseas companies log in through Corppass as a foreign entity. Invoices to government go through Vendors@Gov, the government's one-stop billing service. Singapore agencies can see agile coaching for Singapore government and AI transformation coaching for government.

Malaysia

Suppliers to government register with the Ministry of Finance through ePerolehan. Training services sit under field code 221110. The supplier must be a company registered with SSM, with paid-up capital of at least RM2,500 and real business premises, and a new registration costs RM50 processing plus RM400 registration. Malaysian public-sector and GLC buyers can see training for the public sector and GLCs.

What agencies usually ask a training supplier for

• A written quote, often against the agency's own specification or statement of requirement.
• Registration on the agency's portal or the national platform, and answers to a selection questionnaire.
• Insurance, tax and data protection documents.
• Invoices that quote the purchase order and go through the agency's billing route.

How the training runs

Public cohorts are live online. A private cohort for your agency runs online across sites, or on site by arrangement, and uses your own services and constraints as the case material. Delivered in English. Trainers for Arabic, Spanish, Bahasa Malaysia, German or French can be arranged for company cohorts on request.
