Is ICP-PDV live online or in person? +
Public ICP-PDV cohorts run live online with a trainer, in part-day sessions. For company teams we also run private cohorts, on-site at your premises or live online. Delivered in English. Trainers for Arabic, Spanish, Bahasa Malaysia, German or French can be arranged for company cohorts on request.
How long is the ICP-PDV course? +
ICP-PDV is 14 hours of live, trainer-led training. Upcoming cohorts run as 3 sessions x 4 hrs each.
Is there a discount on ICP-PDV? +
Yes, when you book it with a second course. ICP-PDV is part of 1 combo: ICP-LEA + ICP-PDV. Each combo costs 10% less than the two course fees added together. For 6 or more people from one company, we run a dedicated cohort with company pricing: ask us for a quote.
Can my company pay by invoice or purchase order? +
Yes. Company buyers: send the form; we quote, accept purchase orders, complete your supplier onboarding forms (including W-8BEN-E on request), and share tax, insurance and data protection documents directly with your procurement team. Read more: Company invoice or purchase order.
Can I cancel or move my seat? +
Yes. With 16 or more days notice before the first class day, you get a 90% refund; the 10% administrative fee is non-refundable. With 8 to 15 days notice, you get a 50% refund, or you can move once to a later cohort for a 10% administrative fee, which is non-refundable. With 7 days notice or less, there is no refund. What are the prerequisites for taking the ICP-PDV? +
There are no strict prerequisites, but having experience managing people or working within an agile team context will greatly enhance your learning experience.
Is there a written exam for the ICP-PDV certification? +
No. There is no exam. You earn the ICP-PDV certification by completing the full live, ICAgile-accredited course and demonstrating ICAgile's learning outcomes in the sessions. Your trainer assesses this through the class exercises and a final practical assessment, and the certification is then issued to you. It is valid for life.
Does the ICAgile ICP-PDV credential expire? +
No. Your ICAgile People Development certification is a lifetime credential with zero ongoing renewal fees.
How does agile performance management differ from annual reviews? +
Annual reviews are often backward-looking and demotivating. Agile performance management focuses on continuous feedback loops, real-time coaching, and forward-looking career growth aligned with enterprise goals.
Does the ICP-PDV course teach coaching and mentoring skills? +
Yes. A significant portion of the course is dedicated to practical frameworks for conducting effective 1-on-1s, delivering constructive feedback, and acting as a mentor to your team.
