What is ICP-PDV?
ICP-PDV is the ICAgile Certified Professional in People Development. It covers growing people deliberately: competence development, feedback and mentoring, career pathways, and building a learning culture inside a team or organisation.
Who is ICP-PDV for?
Leaders, HR and L&D professionals, and coaches responsible for how people in the organisation actually grow.
How do you earn the ICP-PDV certification?
You earn ICP-PDV by completing an accredited 14-hour live course with an ICAgile member organisation such as Agile Visa. There is no exam: ICAgile certifications are assessment-based, earned through participation in the exercises and activities of the class. The credential is lifetime and never needs renewal.
Does ICP-PDV expire?
No. Like every ICAgile certification, ICP-PDV is a lifetime credential with no renewal fees or continuing education requirements.
How much does ICP-PDV cost?
With Agile Visa the live online ICP-PDV course costs US$999 per seat. The price box on the course page shows the seat price for your country.
