Programmes for manufacturing teams
Each programme is live and instructor-led. The ICAgile courses lead to a lifetime credential; the others award an Agile Visa Certificate of Completion.

What AI for Manufacturing covers
The two-day AI for Manufacturing course is for plant and production managers, engineers, maintenance and reliability teams, quality and HSE leads, and supply chain planners. No coding background is assumed. It covers:
- what is production-real today across maintenance, quality, planning and safety, and what is still vendor promise;
- shop-floor data: OT and IT sources, historians and sensor streams, and the data gaps that stall most pilots;
- predictive and condition-based maintenance, and computer vision for quality inspection;
- planning, scheduling and demand forecasting with AI assistance;
- generative AI for SOPs, shift handover notes, incident reports and engineering documents;
- downtime and root cause analysis, yield and energy optimisation, and HSE uses such as near-miss analysis;
- governance and human oversight in a regulated production environment.
Each learner leaves with one costed AI use case for their own line or plant.
Why carbon accounting now matters to exporters
The EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) entered its definitive period on 1 January 2026. It applies to imports into the EU of goods such as iron, steel and aluminium. For manufacturers that sell those goods into the EU, measuring emissions stops being a reporting exercise and becomes part of selling. Our one-day Carbon Accounting and Scope 1, 2 and 3 Emissions programme has participants calculate emissions for a sample operation and see why Scope 3 is the hard part.

Malaysia: NIMP 2030 and HRD Corp
Malaysia's New Industrial Master Plan 2030 includes the missions "Tech up for a digitally vibrant nation" and "Push for Net Zero". Those two missions map directly onto AI, Industry 4.0, lean and carbon skills. Programmes delivered by Agile Visa Sdn Bhd are HRD Corp claimable under SBL-Khas for eligible employers, subject to HRD Corp approval and the Allowable Cost Matrix, and the employer must apply before training begins. Is the Six Sigma programme a certified belt?
No. The Six Sigma Yellow Belt Practitioner Programme is delivered by Agile Visa and not on behalf of any belt-certifying body. Participants receive an Agile Visa Certificate of Completion.
