What does a Master Black Belt do?
A Master Black Belt runs an organisation's Lean Six Sigma programme. They choose projects with leadership, coach Black Belts and Green Belts, teach the belt courses, set the internal certification standard and report the results.

Is there a Master Black Belt certification?
A few exam bodies certify Master Black Belts, and their requirements differ, so we go through the options with you before the programme starts. Everyone who completes the 5 days receives an Agile Visa Certificate of Completion.
Many organisations also use the programme to set their own internal certification standard for every belt.

How it runs
- Private classes. Every programme runs for one company at a time, quoted per group rather than per seat, with examples from your industry.
- Live online or on site. Live online with the trainer in your working hours, wherever your team is, or at your premises for company groups. Travel for on site classes is quoted separately.
- Class size. Up to 25 people, so everyone works on a real process or project. Larger groups run as several classes.
- Language. Delivered in English.

5 days / 35 hours, live and instructor-led, online in your working hours or on site at your premises.

Elsewhere, companies usually pay from their training budget, and we provide the quotation, invoice and attendance records your own approval process needs.
Can our Master Black Belts teach our own belt courses afterwards?
That is one of the aims. Day 4 covers designing training, teach back practice and assessing projects, so your Master Black Belts can run Yellow and Green Belt courses inside your company.
Is the Master Black Belt only for manufacturers?
No. Banks, hospitals, shared service centres and logistics companies run improvement programmes too, and the programme uses your own projects and data.
