What is value stream mapping?
A value stream map is one picture of an end to end process: every step, the information that triggers it and the waiting in between. It shows where the time really goes, which is usually in the queues between steps, and gives the team one shared view to plan improvements from.

How it runs
- Private classes. Every programme runs for one company at a time, quoted per group rather than per seat, with examples from your industry.
- Live online or on site. Live online with the trainer in your working hours, wherever your team is, or at your premises for company groups. Travel for on site classes is quoted separately.
- Class size. Up to 25 people, so everyone works on a real process or project. Larger groups run as several classes.
- Language. Delivered in English.

Do we need special software?
No. We map on paper or on an online whiteboard, so the whole team can work on the map together.
Is one day enough?
One day maps one value stream and plans the change. Many teams follow it with a Kaizen to make the first improvements.
