Do you deliver semiconductor training in Penang or Kulim?

Yes. We deliver private corporate cohorts at client sites across Bayan Lepas, Batu Kawan, Kulim Hi-Tech Park and the wider Northern Corridor, and online for distributed teams. Public courses run virtually in MYT.

Is the programme HRD Corp claimable for E&E employers?

Our founder, Prashant Shinde, is HRD Corp Accredited Trainer. Agile Visa is not yet an HRD Corp registered training provider, so these programmes are not HRD Corp claimable at this time.

How is this different from generic Scrum training?

Generic Scrum assumes a software product team. Semiconductor fabs, OSAT lines and equipment vendors run mixed-mode work where engineering changes, yield ramps and qualification cycles dominate. We adapt cadences, artefacts and AI augmentation to that reality.

What does pricing look like in MYR for a corporate cohort?

Private corporate cohorts are quoted per engagement based on cohort size, roles, location and depth. As a reference, public AI courses start from RM1,500 per participant, two-day ICAgile certifications from RM3,200, and project management programmes from RM6,500. Fees exclude SST.

Can you train across English and Bahasa Malaysia mixed teams?

Delivery language is English, which is standard across Penang E&E and OSAT operations. We adapt examples and exercises to the local terminology of WIP, yield, FA, MES and EWS so the content lands for technicians, engineers and managers.

Do you cover responsible AI use for IP-sensitive fab environments?

Yes. Our Responsible AI Adoption module covers IP boundaries, data classification, vendor model controls and prompt hygiene, which matters in environments where process recipes and customer designs are highly confidential.
