Certification guide
What is ICP-SYS?
ICP-SYS is the ICAgile Certified Professional in Systems Coaching. It covers coaching the system rather than the individual: the relationships, dependencies and dynamics between people and teams, and how to work with a whole system as the client.
Who is ICP-SYS for?
Experienced coaches, scrum masters and leaders who keep hitting problems that live between teams rather than inside them.
How do you earn the ICP-SYS certification?
You earn ICP-SYS by completing an accredited 14-hour live course with an ICAgile member organisation such as Agile Visa. There is no exam: ICAgile certifications are assessment-based, earned through participation in the exercises and activities of the class. The credential is lifetime and never needs renewal.
Does ICP-SYS expire?
No. Like every ICAgile certification, ICP-SYS is a lifetime credential with no renewal fees or continuing education requirements.
How much does ICP-SYS cost?
With Agile Visa the live online ICP-SYS course costs US$999 per seat. The price box on the course page shows the seat price for your country.
What does ICP-SYS help you do?
ICP-SYS helps you coach the whole system, not just the people in it. You learn to see the relationships, dependencies and patterns between teams that keep problems in place, and to work with the system as your client. It is a lifetime ICAgile credential with no renewal fee.
Where it sits in the ICAgile tracks
ICP-SYS is an advanced certification in the ICAgile coaching family, usually taken after team-level coaching credentials such as ICP-ACC.
