Is ICP-ENT live online or in person? +
Public ICP-ENT cohorts run live online with a trainer, in part-day sessions. For company teams we also run private cohorts, on-site at your premises or live online. Delivered in English. Trainers for Arabic, Spanish, Bahasa Malaysia, German or French can be arranged for company cohorts on request.
How long is the ICP-ENT course? +
ICP-ENT is 14 hours of live, trainer-led training. Upcoming cohorts run as 3 sessions x 4.5 hrs each.
Is there a discount on ICP-ENT? +
Yes, when you book it with a second course. ICP-ENT is part of 2 combos: ICP-ACC + ICP-ENT and ICP-ENT + ICP-CAT. Each combo costs 10% less than the two course fees added together. For 6 or more people from one company, we run a dedicated cohort with company pricing: ask us for a quote.
Can my company pay by invoice or purchase order? +
Yes. Company buyers: send the form; we quote, accept purchase orders, complete your supplier onboarding forms (including W-8BEN-E on request), and share tax, insurance and data protection documents directly with your procurement team. Read more: Company invoice or purchase order.
Can I cancel or move my seat? +
Yes. With 16 or more days notice before the first class day, you get a 90% refund; the 10% administrative fee is non-refundable. With 8 to 15 days notice, you get a 50% refund, or you can move once to a later cohort for a 10% administrative fee, which is non-refundable. With 7 days notice or less, there is no refund. What is included with an ICP-ENT seat? +
Every seat includes the full live, ICAgile-accredited ICP-ENT course, all course materials and your ICAgile ICP-ENT certification, which is valid for life with no renewal fee. The extras that come with every cohort, such as alumni network access, are listed under What's included on this page.
Are there any prerequisites for the ICP-ENT certification? +
Although there are no strict prerequisites, we highly recommend having prior experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Transformation Lead. Foundational team-level coaching experience makes the enterprise concepts much easier to apply.
Is there a written exam to pass for the ICP-ENT? +
No. There is no exam. You earn the ICP-ENT certification by completing the full live, ICAgile-accredited course and demonstrating ICAgile's learning outcomes in the sessions. Your trainer assesses this through the class exercises and a final practical assessment, and the certification is then issued to you. It is valid for life.
Does the ICP-ENT certification expire? +
No. Your ICAgile Certified Professional in Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT) credential is valid for life. There are no renewal fees required.
Do I need to take ICP-ACC before ICP-ENT? +
While highly recommended to have foundational team coaching experience (like the ICP-ACC), it is not a strict prerequisite. If you have experience in organizational design, HR, or executive leadership, you can step directly into the ICP-ENT.
What is the difference between ICP-ENT and ICP-ACC? +
ICP-ACC focuses on coaching at the team level, ensuring individual teams adopt agile mindsets. The ICP-ENT (Enterprise Agile Coaching) elevates your scope to the organizational level, focusing on executive engagement, systemic bottlenecks, and enterprise-wide agility.
What does an Enterprise Agile Coach do? +
