Certification guide

What is ICP-ATF?

ICP-ATF is the ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation. It covers designing and leading collaborative sessions that actually produce outcomes: planning, retrospectives, decision-making workshops, and the facilitation stance that keeps a group doing its own thinking.

Who is ICP-ATF for?

Scrum masters, team leads, project managers and anyone who runs meetings a team depends on.

How do you earn the ICP-ATF certification?

You earn ICP-ATF by completing an accredited 14 hour live course with an ICAgile member organisation such as Agile Visa. There is no exam: ICAgile certifications are assessment-based, earned through participation in the exercises and activities of the class. The credential is lifetime and never needs renewal.

Does ICP-ATF expire?

No. Like every ICAgile certification, ICP-ATF is a lifetime credential with no renewal fees or continuing education requirements.

How much does ICP-ATF cost?

With Agile Visa the ICP-ATF course is US$599 as a live global cohort, with regional pricing shown at checkout.

Is ICP-ATF worth it?

For the right role, yes. ICP-ATF certifies Agile Team Facilitation competency through assessed live practice rather than an exam, it is internationally recognised through ICAgile, and it is a lifetime credential, so the fee is paid once and never again. It is worth least if you only want a badge: the value comes from the capability the live course builds. The "who it is for" section above is the honest test.

Where it sits in the ICAgile tracks

ICP-ATF is the first of the two certifications on the ICAgile Agile Coaching track; ICP-ACC completes it.
