What is ICP-ACC?
ICP-ACC is the ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching. It covers the coaching mindset and skillset for working with agile teams: professional coaching conversations, mentoring, facilitation, and the boundaries between coaching, consulting and managing.
Who is ICP-ACC for?
Scrum masters, team leads and aspiring agile coaches who want to move from running ceremonies to genuinely developing teams and individuals.
How do you earn the ICP-ACC certification?
You earn ICP-ACC by completing an accredited 18-hour live course with an ICAgile member organisation such as Agile Visa. There is no exam: ICAgile certifications are assessment-based, earned through participation in the exercises and activities of the class. The credential is lifetime and never needs renewal.
Does ICP-ACC expire?
No. Like every ICAgile certification, ICP-ACC is a lifetime credential with no renewal fees or continuing education requirements.
How much does ICP-ACC cost?
With Agile Visa the live online ICP-ACC course costs US$849 per seat. The price box on the course page shows the seat price for your country.

ICP-ACC helps you coach agile teams, not just run their meetings. In the live course you practise professional coaching conversations, mentoring and facilitation, and learn when to coach, teach or advise. Where it sits in the ICAgile tracks
ICP-ACC pairs with ICP-ATF to complete the ICAgile Agile Coaching track, and counts toward the ICE-AC expert credential in agile coaching.
