ICP-APM makes you excellent at running delivery, and ICP-PDM teaches you to decide what is worth delivering at all. Delivery skill plus product judgment is the profile modern delivery organisations promote. Taking them as a combo also saves you 10 percent of the combined fee.

Both courses run live online with a trainer, in part-day sessions. For company teams we also run private cohorts, on-site at your premises or live online. Delivered in English. Trainers for Arabic, Spanish, Bahasa Malaysia, German or French can be arranged for company cohorts on request.

28 hours of live, trainer-led training in total: ICP-APM is 14 hours and ICP-PDM is 14 hours.

Yes. The combo price is 10% below the two course fees added together. For 6 or more people from one company, we run a dedicated cohort with company pricing: ask us for a quote.

Yes. Company buyers: send the form; we quote, accept purchase orders, complete your supplier onboarding forms (including W-8BEN-E on request), and share tax, insurance and data protection documents directly with your procurement team. Read more: Company invoice or purchase order.

Yes. With 16 or more days notice before the first class day, you get a 90% refund; the 10% administrative fee is non-refundable. With 8 to 15 days notice, you get a 50% refund, or you can move once to a later cohort for a 10% administrative fee, which is non-refundable. With 7 days notice or less, there is no refund. Both full live, ICAgile-accredited courses, all course materials and both ICAgile certifications, ICP-APM and ICP-PDM, each valid for life with no renewal fee.

Yes, as self-reported hours. PMI credential holders can report the live hours of both courses as Education PDUs under Courses or Training, one PDU per hour, and keep the ICAgile certificates as evidence (PMI Continuing Certification Requirements Handbook, April 2026). Agile Visa is not a PMI Authorized Training Partner, so these hours are self-reported rather than pre-approved.

Yes. You complete each course and earn both ICAgile credentials, ICP-APM and ICP-PDM. Both are lifetime certifications and never expire.

No. You can attend each course in whichever upcoming cohort suits you, and our team confirms the dates with you after checkout.

No. Like all ICAgile professional certifications, ICP-APM and ICP-PDM are earned through assessed participation in the live sessions: exercises, discussion and practice evaluated by the accredited trainer. There is no separate exam to sit.

There are no formal entry requirements for either course. ICAgile recommends relevant hands-on experience for professional-level certifications, and the trainer meets each cohort where it is.
