What is ICP-CAT?
ICP-CAT is the ICAgile Certified Professional in Coaching Agile Transformations. It is the second knowledge-based certification on the ICAgile Enterprise Coaching track, focused on leading organisational change: models of organisational culture, the change process itself, and how to design and run a transformation strategy that people actually adopt.
Who is ICP-CAT for?
Transformation leads, change directors, senior agile coaches and leaders responsible for carrying a workforce through a transformation programme.
How do you earn the ICP-CAT certification?
You earn ICP-CAT by completing an accredited 16-hour live course with an ICAgile member organisation such as Agile Visa. There is no exam: ICAgile certifications are assessment-based, earned through participation in the exercises and activities of the class. The credential is lifetime and never needs renewal.
Does ICP-CAT expire?
No. Like every ICAgile certification, ICP-CAT is a lifetime credential with no renewal fees or continuing education requirements.
How much does ICP-CAT cost?
With Agile Visa the live online ICP-CAT course costs US$899 per seat. The price box on the course page shows the seat price for your country.
