What is ICP-ORG?
ICP-ORG is the ICAgile Certified Professional in Adaptive Org Design. It covers designing organisations that can change: structures, roles and governance that support flow of value, and how to evolve an organisation deliberately rather than reorganise it by decree.
Who is ICP-ORG for?
Organisation designers, transformation leads, senior coaches and executives shaping how the organisation itself is put together.
How do you earn the ICP-ORG certification?
You earn ICP-ORG by completing an accredited 14 hour live course with an ICAgile member organisation such as Agile Visa. There is no exam: ICAgile certifications are assessment-based, earned through participation in the exercises and activities of the class. The credential is lifetime and never needs renewal.
Does ICP-ORG expire?
No. Like every ICAgile certification, ICP-ORG is a lifetime credential with no renewal fees or continuing education requirements.
How much does ICP-ORG cost?
With Agile Visa the ICP-ORG course is US$999 as a live global cohort, with regional pricing shown at checkout.
Is ICP-ORG worth it?
For the right role, yes. ICP-ORG certifies Adaptive Org Design competency through assessed live practice rather than an exam, it is internationally recognised through ICAgile, and it is a lifetime credential, so the fee is paid once and never again.
