What is ICP-LEA?
ICP-LEA is the ICAgile Certified Professional in Leading with Agility. It covers the leadership style adaptive organisations run on: leading through change and uncertainty, growing people rather than directing them, and shaping the environment in which teams can perform.
Who is ICP-LEA for?
Managers, senior leaders and executives whose organisations are adopting agile ways of working and who want to lead that rather than merely approve it.
How do you earn the ICP-LEA certification?
You earn ICP-LEA by completing an accredited 14-hour live course with an ICAgile member organisation such as Agile Visa. There is no exam: ICAgile certifications are assessment-based, earned through participation in the exercises and activities of the class. The credential is lifetime and never needs renewal.
Does ICP-LEA expire?
No. Like every ICAgile certification, ICP-LEA is a lifetime credential with no renewal fees or continuing education requirements.
How much does ICP-LEA cost?
With Agile Visa the live online ICP-LEA course costs US$999 per seat. The price box on the course page shows the seat price for your country.
