A Scrum Master is deeply embedded in the day-to-day delivery. They facilitate ceremonies, clear local blockers, and coach the Product Owner.

An Agile Coach operates at a higher altitude. They look for systemic issues—such as deployment bottlenecks, misaligned OKRs, or toxic leadership behaviors—and work across departments to streamline the entire organizational value stream.
