How much UTAP can I claim for this course? +
NTUC calculates UTAP on the course fee you actually pay. You pay the full S$899, and UTAP covers 50%, so S$250 if you are below 40 (bringing the fee to S$649) and S$449.50 if you are 40 or above (bringing it to S$449.50).
What is the full course fee and what does it include? +
The full fee is S$899 nett. Agile Visa Pte Ltd is not GST-registered, so no GST is added. The fee covers all 14 hours of live instructor-led training over 2 days, the courseware, the hands-on exercises, and the ICAgile Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT) certification with lifetime validity. There are no exam fees because this course is not examination based.
Does this course get an SSG course-fee subsidy on top? +
No. This course is supported by NTUC UTAP only. There is no SSG course-fee grant and no SkillsFuture Credit on it, so no percentage subsidy is deducted from the S$899 fee. We state this plainly rather than advertise funding we do not have.
What is the difference between ICP-ENT and ICP-ACC? +
ICP-ACC focuses on coaching at the team level, ensuring individual teams adopt agile mindsets. The ICP-ENT (Enterprise Agile Coaching) elevates your scope to the organizational level, focusing on executive engagement, systemic bottlenecks, and enterprise-wide agility.
What does an Enterprise Agile Coach do? +
An Enterprise Agile Coach designs organizational structures, coaches C-level executives, aligns business strategy with portfolio execution, and breaks down departmental silos to enable true business agility across the entire company.
Do I need to take ICP-ACC before ICP-ENT? +
While highly recommended to have foundational team coaching experience (like the ICP-ACC), it is not a strict prerequisite. If you have experience in organizational design, HR, or executive leadership, you can step directly into the ICP-ENT.
