Who this course is for
This is our flagship Senior tier programme, designed for Heads of L&D, Talent Development Heads, and CHROs who are being told by their CEO or regulator to build AI capability across their workforce. The estimated reachable audience in Singapore is 3,000 to 5,000 decision makers controlling annual L&D budgets typically between SGD 200,000 and SGD 5,000,000 per organisation.
- Heads of Learning and Development at Singapore banks, insurers, MNCs
- Heads of Talent Development at government statutory boards
- CHROs and Senior HR Business Partners
- Senior ACLP and DDDLP certified practitioners
- Internal Capability Building Leads at large GLCs and professional services firms
Why now
Mercer 2025 Singapore Workforce Report: AI capability building rated number one priority by 76 percent of Singapore CHROs. ATD Singapore 2025: 89 percent of L&D practitioners need AI upskilling support, only 12 percent have received structured training. Singapore L&D budget pool estimated SGD 1.2B per year, with AI line item growing 35 percent year on year. SFEC SGD 10,000 employer credit directly subsidises this spend. Your CEO is asking, your regulator is asking, your staff are asking. This is the programme that gives you the architecture to answer.

What past learners say
Genuinely the most useful 14 hours of training I have done in my career. Walked away with a deployable AI workflow for my actual team on Monday morning.
