What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled more than 14 calendar days before the cohort start date. 50 percent refund if cancelled between 7 and 14 days before. No refund within 7 days, but seat is transferable to another learner or a later cohort at no charge.
Do I need any prior knowledge?
Refer to the Prerequisites section above. Most of our Foundation tier courses require no prior AI or Agile knowledge. Senior tier courses assume working familiarity with the relevant practice area.
