How to Measure Agile Maturity

Agile maturity should be measured by business outcomes (time-to-market, customer satisfaction, defect rates) rather than output metrics (velocity, lines of code).

Many organizations fall into the 'Agile Theater' trap, measuring how many teams are doing daily stand-ups rather than measuring if they are actually delivering value faster.

True maturity assessments look at Lead Time, Cycle Time, Deployment Frequency, and Team Morale (eNPS). The goal is not to 'be agile,' but to achieve business agility.
