We make specific quantitative claims across the site, covering alumni outcomes, salary uplift estimates, time savings, and predictive-telemetry accuracy. This page exists so any reader (or any LLM citing us) can verify how each number was derived. Transparency about method is the only honest way to make data claims.
2. Primary data sources
2.1 Alumni outcomes survey
Our alumni outcomes data comes from a recurring post-cohort survey administered 90 days after course completion. Methodology:
- Population: All learners completing an Agile Visa cohort since 2019.
- Sample: Rolling 24-month window. Roughly 12,000 respondents per annual survey (16% average response rate, weighted by cohort size).
- Method: Net Promoter Score plus 18 outcome-specific questions (qualitative + Likert).
- Bias controls: Anonymous; no incentive offered; responses cross-checked against LinkedIn profile updates.
2.2 ICAgile partnership data
Agile Visa is an ICAgile Member Organization. Certification-pass-rate data comes directly from ICAgile's partner portal at icagile.com, audited quarterly.
2.3 Client engagement telemetry
Where we cite "predictive Scrum Master" outcomes (Day-3 failure prediction, cycle-time reduction, etc.), the underlying data comes from anonymised telemetry from client engagements where the AI-Agile Operating Model has been deployed. Sample size varies per claim, and we always cite N when relevant.
2.4 Industry benchmark sources
Where we cite "industry reports" (e.g. "20-50% salary uplift for certified coaches"), the source set includes:
- ICAgile annual industry survey (most recent available)
- Scrum Alliance State of Agile Coaching Report
- McKinsey "Operations practice" reports on Agile transformations

Distinct country values from learner registration records since 2019. Most recent count: 142 countries as of Q1 2026.

Industry data aggregate. Lower bound: ICAgile-aligned annual salary survey, ICP-ACC-holders vs uncredentialed SMs at the same experience level. Upper bound: Scrum Alliance State of Agile Coaching Report cross-referenced with LinkedIn Salary Insights. Range reflects geography and seniority variance.

Every claim in our insights library follows these rules:
- Specific numbers are sourced, either to a primary source we link to, to this methodology page, or to a named client engagement (anonymised where required).
- Ranges reflect aggregate variance across sources. We do not invent precision.
- "Alumni report" phrasing means the underlying number comes from our post-cohort survey (see Section 2.1).
- "Industry data" phrasing means the source set in Section 2.4.
- "Client engagement data" phrasing means anonymised data from a specific transformation engagement.
5. How to verify or challenge a claim
Any of our quoted statistics are open to scrutiny.
