Our Approach
Three phases. Start where you are. Build from there.
We do not push a fixed programme on every organisation. We start with where your teams are and go as deep as you need. Most organisations begin with Phase 1 and pull in Phases 2 and 3 once they see the results. Every phase stands alone and delivers value independently.
Phase 1 · Foundation
AI Fluency for Every Team
A focused 90 to 120 minute hands-on session. Not a lecture. Every participant works with AI tools directly under facilitated guidance using real examples from their role.
Understand how GenAI models work and why the difference between tools matters professionally
Write prompts that produce professional-quality output on the first or second attempt
Identify AI hallucinations before they create errors in real work
Apply a data safety protocol before every AI interaction — what can and cannot go into any given tool
Leave with a personal AI toolkit and data safety checklist built for their specific role
90 – 120 min · Up to 15 per cohort · Hands-on
Phase 2 · Automation
Agentic AI — Build Your First Agent
A 2 hour hands-on build session. Participants go from using AI to building AI. Every participant leaves with a working agent automating a real task from their workflow — built in the session using free tools.
Understand what an AI agent is and where automation produces reliable results versus where humans must stay in the loop
Build a working AI agent during the session — not a demo, something they made and can use from Monday
Identify at least three additional automation opportunities in their team's work
Understand the governance requirements when AI agents act autonomously on real workflows
2 hours · Live build · Free tools · Working agent
Phase 3 · Consulting
AI Partnership — Embedded
For organisations ready to build AI into how the work gets done — not just into individual knowledge. We work alongside your teams as a trusted AI partner across quarterly cycles.
Workflow mapping — identifying where manual processes should not exist in your organisation
Custom AI agents built around your actual operational workflows
Firm-wide AI governance framework and approved tool stack documentation
Internal AI champions — capability that sustains after our engagement ends
Ongoing · Quarterly cycles · Embedded partnership
✏️ Who This Programme Serves at [Org Name]
✏️ [One line about how different teams at this org have different AI needs]
We design each cohort around the actual work of the people in the room. The session content, examples, and data safety protocol adapt to each team's role and context.

How We Start
One pilot. Zero risk. Proof before you commit to scale.
We do not ask for a firm-wide commitment before you have seen what we build. One pilot session with one team. The outcomes from that session become the evidence base for everything that follows.
1
Pilot Session
One team. 90 minutes. Real outcomes you can point to and measure immediately.
2
Internal Proof
Participant outcomes become the case for the next cohort or next phase.
3
Cohort Rollout
Expand across teams. Content adapts for each team's context and data environment.
4
Sustained Partnership
Quarterly reviews and programme evolution as the AI landscape continues to develop.

"The biggest barrier to AI adoption is never the technology. It is always the people, the culture, and the absence of a clear framework for safe, consistent use. Every person who leaves our session has built something that runs — a live AI agent in their own account. That one fact changes how they see every manual process in their work from that point forward."
